By downloading, installing, or using the Zentri application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Zentri is a personal safety application that, upon activation by the user, simultaneously triggers an audible siren, audio recording, GPS location tracking, and SMS alerts to designated emergency contacts. The service is designed to assist users in emergency situations.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zentri. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account PIN and any access credentials. Your PIN is used to cancel active SOS alerts and access certain features. Do not share your PIN with anyone. Zentri will never ask for your PIN outside of the app interface.
Zentri is provided free of charge. All features are available to all users at no cost.
Zentri is not a replacement for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, always call your local emergency number (such as 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or 999 in the UK) directly if it is safe to do so. Zentri is designed to complement, not replace, official emergency response systems. We do not guarantee response times or that alerts will be received by your contacts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zentri and Kaufast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Zentri application are the property of Kaufast or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
If you have a dispute regarding the service, please first contact us at info@kaufast.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, the following applies:
Under California's Shine the Light law (Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents have the right to request and receive specific information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Zentri does not disclose personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
