Open the Zentri app and go to Settings. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Authenticate with your PIN or Face ID to confirm.
Account deletion is permanent and immediate. Your account, emergency contacts, alert history, and all audio recordings will be deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
Active in-app subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store. Deleting your Zentri account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.
If you no longer have access to your device or the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Include the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm deletion by email.
Once deleted, your data is removed from active systems within 24 hours and from backups within 30 days. We do not retain personal data beyond this period unless required by law.
