What if I trigger it by accident?
A 3-second countdown gives you time to cancel — but only with your PIN, so an attacker can't stop it either.
Does it work when my phone is on silent?
Yes. Zentri uses iOS Critical Alerts which bypass silent mode and Do Not Disturb.
Will someone be able to track me without my consent?
No. Your location is only shared during emergencies when you trigger SOS — never tracked continuously.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. If data fails, SMS goes out directly from your device.
Do my contacts need the app?
No. They receive a standard SMS with a link to your live location. No app required on their end.
How does Zentri protect my privacy?
We never track your location or record audio unless you trigger SOS — nothing runs in the background without your action. All evidence is encrypted and stored in your private account, and deleted automatically after 7 days (30 on Premium). Zentri fully complies with EU GDPR: your data is never sold or shared with advertisers, and you can delete your account and all data at any time.
